We believe that companies have a responsibility to create good workplaces, and that right now global employee engagement numbers show that we, as a society, are failing in that responsibility.
And here’s the problem: what’s the impact on our society with so many disengaged employees? According to Gallup only 13% are engaged at work!
The beginning starts with companies talking about these problems, and this can open happen if people can make their voice heard. DailyPulse is the first step towards generating fruitful conversations.
These problems won’t solve themselves
Real change will require us all to work together in the workplace. We cannot afford to have this much human talent go to waste and see company profits drop because of the quality of workplaces, wordwide. In most cases this will also have a negative impact on the quality of people’s lives.
Celpax is a for-profit, social venture
We’ve been working to solve these problems since 2010. In 2014 we realized we weren’t doing enough to reach our mission: to spread our solutions around the world.
We want to be accessible for everyone!
We work hard to keep our costs down to really be accessible for everyone. We design our own hardware, dashboard, our own cloud, and send free devices instead of advertising. We just listen and write down our user’s stories, these stories are what makes other people want to start measuring.
Being a for-profit company is strategic for us. When you have a social impact that generates benefits, it’s going to spread. It also attracts more talent to our venture. It’s a win-win.
Improving your workplace culture doesn’t just make economical sense for the company. It’s also the “right thing to do” and has a positive impact both on the individual and all the way up to a country level.
