We’ve previously written about how our users make sure their transition to an agile work culture is successful – for real.
They strongly feel it’s necessary to transform the whole company.
These leaders take a step back and see how the culture in their organization deals with leadership, teamwork, change processes, mistakes (The person who never made a mistake never made anything!)… and start implementing small changes, in all areas.
Not just in the tech team.

“As Lead developer and Scrum master of the H2gO development team I am always looking for improvement and happiness in our team.
