  • Pay with a credit card (from your dashboard, see below), or bank transfer.
  • Our Terms and Conditions.
  • To change your billing address or contact person, open a ticket from the dashboard.


 

How to add a credit card

  1. Right upper corner: click on your email, then "Billing"
  2. Click on "Enter Card Details"
  3. Click on the credit card icon to charge your card

 

Any other billing-related questions:

  • Click on "submit a ticket" on this page or
  • "Email support" on the dashboard.
  • Cancel 30 days before the end of the contract period if you want to return your Celpax device.
