Basic Plan

Best value for when your managers are used to a Do-It-Yourself approach and don't need help or support to understand and continuously work with the data.

Self-studying will require some time from team managers. Search for answers using the Knowledge base, or ask a question in the forum.

Dashboard & Weekly Report

• See each Celpax results separately, and/or group the results

Installation & Maintenance

 

• Self-install: 1 minute video
• It takes 3-10 minutes to install per device. Basically, you just hang the Celpax, plug in the transmitter semi-near, and it will automatically connect to our system. No configuration needed on your end.
• It's possible to install without your IT department (read why here) or maintenance team.
• We'll send you as many transmitters as you need, we will help you figure out how many that is. One transmitter can serve many Celpax devices within its reach. Read more.
• The Celpax device itself needs no maintenance. If it gets dirty, you could use normal cleaning products
• The battery is designed to last +5 years

Shipping

 

• Transport costs not included, ask us for a quote

Basic Plan Pricing

 

Choose between a Monthly or a Yearly plan:

 

• Annual pricing means you pay for a plan upfront, once per year, at a discounted rate
• Monthly plans are billed at the beginning of each month. There is no discount.
• Change plans or cancel your account at any time

 

 

Monthly Basic Plan

• 1 Celpax device costs €29 monthly. 

 

 

Yearly Basic Plan

• One Celpax device costs €290 per year when billed annually. (So €24 per month) Save 58€.

 

 

Pricing Example in the Basic Plan:

 

A company wants to hang a Celpax at their 3 exit doors and 1 at the time attendance machine for maximum participation. They decide to get 4 Celpax devices with their logo. Since they hired a new Continuous Improvement Manager who is used to searching for answers in knowledge basis and asking questions in forums, he will handle the questions internally, and help his fellow managers with their questions. 

 

The cost would be:

• 3 devices in Basic is €87 per month when billed monthly
• 3 devices in Basic is €72,50 per month when billed annually (€870 per year)

 

Note: Credit card payment required in the monthly Basic Plan. Bank transfers are only OK if you go for the yearly (or the bank costs will eat up most of the transfer :)

 

 

 

 

Professional Plan

Make sure your teams get a great start. Self-study takes more time and effort for your leaders, compared to getting one of the Celpaxers to clarify directly.

Enterprise Plan Pricing

Monthly Enterprise Plan

 

1. The fee to enter the Monthly Enterprise is €200
2. 1 Celpax device costs €15 monthly
3. The Connectivity Fee is €5 per device, per month (how many do you need?)

 

 

Yearly Enterprise Plan

 

1. The License Fee to enter the Yearly Enterprise is €2000. Save €400.
2. One Celpax device costs €150 per year. Save €30 per device.
3. The Connectivity Fee is €50 per device, per year. Save €10 per transmitter.

 

After the first year, you pay less:

 

1. Enterprise License Fee
2. Connectivity Fee
3. Only 1/3 of the price per Celpax device. €50 per Celpax device yearly.

 

 

Pricing Example:

 

A company needs 10 Celpax devices, and 4 transmitters. They go for the monthly plan. The cost would be:

• €200 (Enterprise Fee)
• €150 (for the Celpax devices)
• €20 (connectivity fee for the 4 transmitters)

TOTAL: €370 monthly

The cost would be €270 monthly for the second year.
