OK, OK, I’m exaggerating. It probably isn’t even desirable to press the green button 365 days of the year.
Actually, it would probably be illegal to even be at work that many days.
But it’s a nice vision right, walking out from work every day aiming for that green smiley button?

A crazy amount of good stuff happened to Celpax during 2016.
What are we most grateful for?
Well, we launched our new Celpax model with smileys which helped us expand our Freemium program, reaching a stunning 61 countries so far. We also increased our coverage to 98% countries of the world, which is pretty cool if you ask me.
We also had a technical issue which this model which a few of you experienced – resulting in the lowest internal Mood KPI us Celpaxers have ever had, but that’s another story! – which was solved with the kind help of some users. (Hi Levi, Jean and Bart. You’re stars.)
Namrata Singh over at Times of India wrote a piece about how Prowareness were able to act upon a problem even before any employee could bring it up as a concern. The article catapulted us further into the Indian market, helping us improve our data base of how the Indian workforce feels on a normal day.
Bersin by Deloitte previously featured us in their Forbes article “Feedback Is The Killer App: A New Market and Management Model Emerges”. Now they stepped up and featured us in their research report mapping out key vendors for measuring employee engagement. And this triggered, interestingly enough, a lot of signups in Nigeria.
A Swiss insurer found out that only 3 out of 10 Swiss workers rate themselves as “fit and motivated” so they added the Celpax to their preventive healthcare for their clients. Baloise’s goal is to help their clients break the negative trend of long term illnesses, a goal we’re more than happy to support.
We also got some really, really interesting product feedback from users that will help us improve our service. We have tons of ideas we’re working on, we would launch it all today if we only could
Once ready, these improvements will help more leaders take hands-on action to improve their employee morale. And adding some fun of course!
